Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:
Fast paced environment; Work well under pressure, Repetitive task; Physically demanding; Tight deadlines
Schedule:
- Monday through Friday (8:00-4:30 hours will vary)
- Optional work in the evenings and on the weekends if desired
Requirements:
- Proven experience in post-construction, office, retail, vacation rentals or residential cleaning
- Ability to perform physically tasking activities for prolonged periods of time
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent time management skills to meet deadlines and strong work ethic
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects if required
- Must have reliable transportation to the job site
- Must provide a Social Security Number or Employer Identification Number
- Strong communication skills and the ability to take direction from supervisors
- Commitment to safety protocols and understanding of potential hazards in a construction site environment (post construction position)
- Must be committed to providing high cleanliness standard
- Must have a Driver’s License or ID
