• Countertops/Backsplash – Clean and disinfect
• Appliances – Meticulous cleaning of outside of refrigerator, oven, stovetop, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker
• Microwave – Wipe and disinfect inside and outside
• Trash – Remove inside trash and recycled items/replace liner
• Table & Chairs – Dust and clean
• Cabinets – Wipe down the front of the cabinets
• Dishes – Wash/dry/put away dishes your guest may forget to clean
• Walls – Wipe/scrub to remove stubborn stains
• Wipe and sanitize light switches, doors and handles, and outlet covers
• Deodorize and disinfect the entire space

Living Area:

• Floors – Sweep and mop hard surface floors of all types
• Carpet – Vacuum all carpets
• Furniture – Dust end tables, coffee table, thermostats, reachable air vents, windowsill, lamp shades, shelves, and decor’
• Couches/Chairs – Vacuum or wipe (depending on material) and sanitize, fluff and straighten cushions and pillows
• Glass door/Windows – Clean interior windows with microfiber cloth and glass cleaner
• Trash – Remove trash/replace plastic liner
• Wipe and sanitize light switches, doors & handles, TVs & remotes and outlet covers
• Deodorize and disinfect the entire space

Bedrooms:

• Beds – Make bed(s) with fresh linens*
• Floors – Clean and mop floors of all types
• Carpet – Vacuum carpet and rugs
• Mirrors – Clean and polish
• Couches/Chairs – Vacuum or wipe (depending on material) and sanitize, fluff and straighten cushions and pillows
• Furniture – Dust dressers, nightstands, tables, windowsills, lamp shades, shelves, and decor’
• Trash – Remove trash/replace plastic liner
• Wipe and sanitize light switches, doors & handles, TVs & remotes and outlet covers
• Deodorize and disinfect the entire space

Entry/Decks/Patios:

• Sweep porch, deck and patios
• Shake door mat
• Wipe or dust and sanitize all outdoor furniture

Bathrooms:

• Sinks/counter tops – Scrub and disinfect
• Toilets – Scrub and disinfect complete toilet
• Bathtub/Shower/ Faucets – Scrub and disinfect
